The printer that was vandalized in the 2nd floor computer lab has been replaced! We will be continuously replacing the ink as needed as well as putting paper in it every so often. If it runs out of paper before it is time to replace it, it will be the resident's responsibilty to bring their own paper for printing.

12/7/2008 Finals Chill
Come to the clubhouse on Sunday 12/7 from 5-7 evening to take a break from studying and drink coffee, hot chocolate, and energy drinks as well as eat yummy snacks!
We will also be collecting monetary donations to sponsor a child for Christmas so feel free to empty out your jeans, clean between the sofa, and look up under the seats to your car for all of your lose change in order to donate.
Donations are strongly encouraged but they are not required!!! We would love for you to help us help someone else. (sponsored by: UHelp)
Also, if you renew at this event, you will get two entries into the $1500 Visa gift card drawing!!

Renewal season is upon us, and you know what that means! FREE VISA GIFT CARDS!! Come to the office now through January 31st and renew your lease to receive a $100 Visa gift card! Also, if you renew by this date, your rent will be the 2008 market price. The longer you wait, the more your rent goes up! Renew from February 1st through March 31st and receive a $50 Visa gift card! During these times you will also be entered into our drawing for a chance to win a $1500 Visa gift card in April!!
11/14/2008 NCAA 2009 PS3 Tournament and Pizza!
University House hosted a NCAA 2009 PS3 Tournament to keep up with the spirit of football season. There was pizza, a drawing for $25 Wal Mart gift cards, and prizes for the tournament 1st and 2nd place winners! 16 guys competed for the title and Stephen Mathis was our lucky first place winner!

10/31/2008 Free Halloween Lunch from UH and Pizza Hut!
For Halloween, we had a free lunch in the clubhouse of pizza, pasta, breadsticks, wings, and more! Our turnout was HUGE...way bigger than we expected! So thanks for everyone who came out! We hope ya'll had a safe and happy Halloween!
We apologize to those who didn't get a lot of food or what they really wanted. Next time, we'll be sure to order more and try to regulate the food better!
