At University House, you have the convenience of paying your rent online by Credit Card, or by Auto Debit from your checking or savings account. Get setup with our online payment system today. You can pay your application fees, make a one-time rent payment - or set up automatic monthly payments.  As part of the setup process, please note that you will need to download and print the required form.

Your completed form must be scanned/emailed, faxed or dropped off to the leasing office in order for the online payment to be processed.***

AUTO DEBIT OPTIONS*

Auto Debit payments can be deducted from your checking or savings account. These payments are continued monthly, and are automatically processed on the first business day of each month. No additional fees will be charged for Auto Debit. (Sorry, Auto Debit is not an option for application fee payment.)

CREDIT CARD OPTIONS**

Credit Card payments can be made on a one-time basis or continued monthly. One-time payments are processed immediately (based on approval from management). Continued monthly Credit Card payments are automatically processed the first business day of each month.
