JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS*

A MAVERICK is the "go-to-person" at a University House Community who:
• Knows the residents and keeps them connected
• Plans and implements fun events and activities
• Serves as the community’s link to university activities
• Assists in the leasing office with community management

What are the Qualifications?
• Currently enrolled as a student
• Completion of at least one semester
• Minimum GPA: 2.5 for undergraduates, 3.0 for grad students
• Felony-free

What’s in it for you?
The Maverick Scholarship provides FREE ROOM FOR ONE YEAR at a University House Community, plus:
• Free Utilities- (at UH Communities where utilities included in
  rent)
• $100 per month - plus bonus potential
• Valuable experience in event planning, marketing, and
  community management
• Responsibilities involve a maximum of 16 office hours per week
